Salem Generating Station Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Change Request S03-06 Request for Change to Technical Specification 3.5.1, "Accumulators" Using the Consolidated Line Item Improvement Process PSEG 'Nuclear LLC submitted the proposed change to the Salem Technical SP cifications by letter to the NRC dated March 4, 2005. This change is consistent with the Industry/Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF)
Standard Techical Specification Change Traveler, TSTF-370, "Risk Informed Evaluation of an Extension to Accumulator Completion Times for Westinghouse Plants".
This document has been approved by the NRC.

The NRC has approved TSTF-370 based on PRA methods and PSEG has assessed the Salem PRA model differences from the PRA model used in TSTF-370 and concluded that the differences do not impact the conclusions of TSTF-370.
