OF MAY 10, 2005, ANNUAL ASSESSMENT MEETING WITH ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC.

On May 10, 2005 at an annual assessment meeting was conducted at Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy).
