- Paul, Attached is my evaluation of the containment penetration elevated temperature readings at Point Beach.
(Reference-PB OPR 000096 (CAP051854)).
I agree with the licensee operability calculation, but I think they have a difficult challenge ahead to accept this condition as a permanent design change. See my attached technical evaluation. Also, you might check with Hans Ashar at NRR about how the licensee applies the ACI standards whenlif they implement a design change to accept this condition.
