Dear Mr. Kugler:
The Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone is in receipt of certain communications emailed by Richard L. Emch responding to the Coalition's request for information dated February 10, 2005.
The Coalition has to date not received any substantive response to its January 24, 2005 request for additional information.
Please refer to the Coalition's letter to you of February 21, 2005.
This, therefore, is a further request that you continue the public comment period to 30 days after the Coalition is in receipt of the information request in its January 24, 2005 communication to Mr. Emch.
