- Ryan, We were notified this morning by Licensing Engineer Chuck Krause that Point Beach will be making a 30-day notification that a waste water effluent radiation detector has been taken out of service because of repeated alarms due to low flow. Two CAPs were written, which I will forward in a separate e-mail. Let me know if you need more information.
Also, let me know if you need more Information on the contamination found on the Inside of a shoe. It is my understanding that the survey of his vehicle and residence identified no radioactive materials.
