Harold or Raghavan, The licensee has decided to hold the next call on this subject tomorrow (Tuesday). I believe we need to hold an Internal call today. If you could please set up a time with the appropriate technical staff, I will make myself available. Some new developments for staff consideration.

From 1300-1330 hrs NRC will have internal discussions between regional and HQ personnel.
From 1330-1430 hrs we will have discussions with the licensee regarding potential relief requests.
HQ personnel should come to conference room 0-14B8.
