Description:

At approximately 1345 on 4/7104 an Individual entered the Individual logged onto RWP 04-163 task 2 to perform Inspe used the bar code on their security badge to log into the ac 4f//2004 9:3 :58 PM RCA without the required TLD. The actions In the PAB. The Individual cess control system.
The Individual noted that they did not have a TLD when they returned their EPD to their lanyard after passing through the turnstiles Into the RCA. The Individual immediately reported to RP and left the RCA. The individual received 0 mrem on their EPD.
