we have had the emergency arb that included personnel from NRR and agreed to refer the issue to the Licensee. The refer was made Since the concern was based on an NRR mandated Inspection I want to transfer the total allegation (point beach portion and the generic aspect) to NRR. As I see the Issue the expertise to answer the point beach specific and generic aspect portion of the allegation rest solely with NRR do you accept CC:
