Include OPA, SLOs in the call out.
Also...is there any way to have the RDO or HOO add the SRI and RI from the affected site. Be nice to have them on the initial call, automatically.
Work a set of standard questions....
RCS pressure and temp.
Safety equipment running Equipment that did not respond Heat sink available or not Site Staffing and NRC responders EAL determinations Potential for Rad release Licensee concerns and priorities......... Benchmark this list with other regions. Give it to the RDO and have them run thru these on every call more later BEH
