Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request H04-01 Request for License Amendment ARTSIMFTJL.A Imnlementntion PSEG Nuclear. LLC: submitted the proposed change to the Hope Creek Technical Specifications by letter to the NRC dated June 7, 2004 and supplemented by a letter to the NRC dated February 18, 2005. The proposed change would allow Hope Creek to operate under an expand3ed operating domain resulting from the implementation of Average Power Range Monitor/Rod Block Monitor/Technical Specifications/Maximum Extended Load Line Limit Analysis (ARTS/MELLA).
