PETITION FOR LATE INTERVENTION SUBMITTED BY THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, NEW YORK Attached is a petition for late intervention, dated January 28, 2005, and filed by the County Attorney for Suffolk County, New York. The County seeks intervention with respect to the license renewal application of Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. for Millstone Units 2 and 3.
