Your Millstone Site Audit Summary
Dear Mr. Emch:
I have reference to your "Summary of Site Audit to Support Review of License Renewal Application for Millstone [Nuclear] Power Station, Units 2 and 3," dated July 27, 2004. Your letter makes reference to "off-site" visits with "staff representing Federal, State and local government agencies." Please identify all such government agencies and the names of those with whom such off-site visits occurred. Your letter makes reference to "off-site" visits to "non-governmental organizations (e.g., realtors, chambers of commerce)."
Please identify all such "non-governmental organizations by name and the persons with whom the review team members met. Please advise if any such meetings involved health care agencies or personnel.
