DAEC 2005 EXAM - JPM COMMENTS JPM S/

Comments
- 20(SRO) 2.1.2-01 Evaluate License Maintenance and Over Time Requirements U
For the requirement as an SRO JPM, this task originally had the initial conditions and initiating cues that gave info which would have made this JPM a simple look-up task with low level of difficulty. The JPM also gave info that would not be readily be requested or required by procedure for an applicant as SRO to use (e.g., individual operators watch station record and union contract). The JPM as written allowed the applicant to select several individuals to meet the JPM task, but would have been considered unsat due to union and procedural limits for an SRO task.
The information needed would have been expected to be known by the Reactor Operator who would be standing the watch, but not necessarily the SRO. Therefore, similar task for an RO was noted as appropriate, but for an SRO this task would have potentially set up the applicants to fail.
Deleted/Replaced UNSAT JPM (many problems).
JPM was replaced with SRO Admin b, JPM 21nrc.
