Enclosed is Revision 1 to the subject document. Revisions to Sections 7 and 9.3 incorporated a change to the National Institute of Justice Standard reference and added the new template language on badges due to a new security computer system installation.
The enclosed is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and does not decrease the effectiveness of the approved plan.
The attachment to this letter is two (2) CD-ROMs. Information regarding the CDs is provided on the following page in accordance with the NRC's Guidance for Electronic Submissions to the Commission (Federal Register Notice, 68 FR 58792, dated October 10, 2003).
