NORTH ANNA AND SURRY POWER STATIONS, UNITS 1 AND 2 - PROJECT MANAGER REASSIGNMENT
Dear Mr. Christian:
This letter is to inform you that as of May 2, 2005, Mr. Robert E. Martin has been assigned as the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions lead Project Manager (PM) for the North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (North Anna) and the Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (Surry). Mr. Stephen Monarque will continue to be assigned as the primary PM for Surry and, effective May 16 through August 12, 2005, Mr. John Honcharik will be assigned as the primary PM for North Anna. Mr. Monarque will be the primary PM for North Anna after August 12, 2005.
We envision these project managers as a team responsible for licensing actions and activities at North Anna and Surry, with Mr. Martin having the overall lead and Mr. Monarque and Mr. Honcharik having PM roles. Any one of these PMs may have the lead and signature authority for a particular licensing action depending on priorities and resource availabilities.
Please update your distribution to include Mr. Martin to receive all licensing correspondence for North Anna and Surry. Also, please add Mr. Honcharik to your distribution to receive all licensing correspondence for North Anna, and please maintain Mr. Monarque on distribution for Surry.
