In a telephone conversation on April 20, 2005, Mr. Ronald F. Aiello, Senior Operations Examiner, and Mr. Ed Roberts, Continuing Training Supervisor, made arrangements for the NRC to inspect the licensed operator requalification program at the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant.
The inspection is planned for the week of July 18, 2005, which coincides with your regularly scheduled requalification examination cycle. In accordance with 10 CFR 55.59, the NRC has requested that you submit (two weeks prior to the inspection/make ready upon arrival), the material as specified in the enclosure, in order to support the NRC's inspection program needs. Mr. Roberts has been advised of this request and provided with the name and address of the NRC lead inspector assigned to this inspection.
