The purpose of this letter is to provide the PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL) response to the above referenced Order, in accordance with paragraph IV therein. PPL has revised the procedure necessary to ensure compliance with the applicable requirements contained in of the Order. On-coming Operations and Security shift personnel that have access to Safeguards Information and Safeguards Information - Modified Handling (SGI-M) will receive the necessary training to ensure compliance with applicable requirements contained in Attachment 2 of the Order prior to assuming shift responsibilities. All other personnel that currently have access to Safeguards Information and SGI-M have received the necessary training to ensure compliance with the applicable requirements contained in of the Order.
