ACKNOWLEDGE OF NON-CITED VIOLATION DENIAL
Dear Mr. Stall:
We are in receipt of the letter dated February 28, 2005, from Terry O. Jones, which provided the basis for denial of a Non-cited violation concerning the Unit 3 Containment Moisture Barrier.
The violation was documented in Turkey Point Nuclear Plant Integrated Inspection Report 05000250/2004005 and 05000251/2004005. We are reviewing the denial and will provide you with the results of our review upon completion.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs document system (ADAMS).
