JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - CORRECTION LETTER FOR AMENDMENT NOS. 167 AND 159, RESPECTIVELY, FOR AMENDMENT ELIMINATING HYDROGEN RECOMBINERS AND HYDROGEN MONITORS (TAC NOS. MC3224 AND MC3225)

Dear Mr. Stinson:

By letter dated March 8, 2005, the Commission issued Amendment No. 167 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-2 and Amendment No. 159 to Facility Operating License No.

NPF-8 for Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, respectively. The amendments eliminated the requirements associated with hydrogen recombiners and hydrogen monitors.

During review of the amendment packages, it was noted that the Table of Contents (page ii) did not reflect Amendments No. 163 and 156 for Units 1 and 2, respectively. These amendments, concerning the Farley Nuclear Plant Steam Generator Program, had been issued earlier by letter dated September 10, 2004. This omission was an administrative error that did not affect the safety evaluation contained in the amendment packages. The corrected TS page is enclosed.
