- Bill, The issue which Mr. Landsman is referring to involves the subject DPO as you surmised.
I am currently working to retrieve historical documentation which provides our conclusions on this matter as well as the basis for those conclusions.
Following a review of these documents, Region IlIl will coordinate with NRR to determine what actions will be necessary to resolve this issue.

We got a copy of Mr. Landsman's email re: DC cook interaction coefficients. Can you help illuminate what the issue may be? I assume it deals with DPO followup work from DPO letter dated April 2, 2001.
