Greg/Joe This just came in. we have the Point Beach side of the issue. However there is a generic smell to the Allegation. Basically the concerned individual stated the instructions provided by NRR will not detect a class of cracks. Please read and give me a call.

act From the web page-The issue relates to PB not looking further upon finding problems with an RPV weld. However, according to the individual, the NRC does not require the PT test that found the problem. If we have evaluated the appropriateness of not completing further PT tests after finding problems on one weld, this may not be an allegation. Nonetheless, it looks like this requires a prompt response from the technical staff since the plant is starting up soon.
