The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is requesting emergency publication of the document entitled University of Utah Research Reactor Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact (Docket No. 50-407), which was transmitted on April 15, 2005, to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. This document is related to another document entitled University of Utah TRIGA Nuclear Reactor Facility Exemption (Docket No.
50-407), which was also transmitted on April 15, 2005. We request that both of these documents be published Tuesday, April 19, 2005, in the same publication. Publication on this date is needed to ensure timely notification of the public on this important environmental assessment, which the NRC has issued.
