Management Changes at Kewaunee Discussion:
Wisconsin Public Service and Nuclear Management Company (NMC) have agreed to subcontract the following employees from Dominion:
Leslie Hartz, Dominion's Vice President of Nuclear Engineering will serve as Kewaunee 's new Improvement Plant Director. Joe Ruttar, Millstone's Nuclear Shift Operations Supervisor, will transition into the position of Operations Manager. John Swientonewski, Surry's Manager of Nuclear Operations, will serve as Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Paul Phelps, Surry's Supervisor of Nuclear Engineering, will assume the position of Kewaunees Design Engineering Manager. Bill Henry will assume the position of Outage and Planning Manager. Frank Winks will transition into the position of Training Manager.
These employees will report to NMC management as they support the restart of the plant. Once the sale of Kewaunee to Dominion closes, the Operations Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager, Training Manager, Design Engineering Manager, and Outage and Planning Manager positions, will be filled permanently by these Dominion personnel.
