Cook Containment Missile Shield Issue Thanks for the info, but the referenced documents still do not state what the interaction coefficients are vs the 1.5 requirements, that was the original issue on my DPV/DPO that Travers told the staff to fix, its still not fixed, I guess the staff doesn't have to listen to the EDO, the DC COOK containments still do not meet code and are unacceptable, they have not been operable since I submitted the DPV in June of 2000. The staff just keeps blowing me off, allowing them to operate, hoping I'll go away.
