PERRY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNIT 1 LICENSE CLASS 2003-01 RETAKE EXAM REQUEST
Dear Mr. Anderson:
In a letter dated February 17, 2005, (PY-CEI/OIE-0639L) your staff requested the NRC schedule and prepare a retake written examination for initial license operator examination applicants that failed the December 2004 initial license written examination. Because of recent changes in personnel assignments in Region III, we find that we do not have the resources available to prepare the requested examination.
Please contact Mr. Dell McNeil, Reactor Engineer, at (630) 829-9737 or Mr. Hironori Peterson at (630) 829-9707 if you have questions or require additional information concerning this response. Mr. Peterson will be assuming Operations Branch Chief duties and responsibilities effective April 17, 2005.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
