Dear Mr. Nazar:
This letter confirms the discussion between Ms. Julie Newmiller of the Indiana Michigan Power Company and Mr. Mel Holmberg of my staff to have a meeting at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) on Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at the NRC Region III Office, 2443 Warrenville Road, Suite 210, Lisle, IL 60532-4351.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss your plans regarding the reactor vessel head replacement project at D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2. This meeting is a Category 1 public meeting.
