WPDES Permit No. WI-0000957-07-0 Wisconsin Electric Power Company - Point Beach Nuclear Plant Proposal for Information Collection - Cooling Water Intake Structure
Dear Mr. Luebke:
Wisconsin Electric Power Company submitted to you in December 2004 a Proposal for Information Collection (PIC) for Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP). The PIC included projected dates for conducting an impingement mortality and entrainment characterization study. While we had planned to conduct the impingement and entrainment sampling at PBNP from April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006, due to other environmental compliance project priorities within the Company we are deferring the commencement of the study to either late 2005 or early 2006. This change will in no way compromise our ability to comply with the Comprehensive Demonstration Study (CDS) submittal deadline listed in the WPDES permit for PBNP.
