Docket No. 50-243, License No. R-106 Subject Notification of Changes in Personnel The purpose of this letter is to inform you of personnel changes at the Radiation Center. In accordance with Technical Specification 6.7.c.3, I would like to inform you that Dr. Andrew C. Klein resigned his position as Director effective midnight March 1, 2005. Prior to this, I accepted the position of Acting Director to begin at the time of his resignation and to last until such time as a permanent replacement is named. The selection process for the position is already underway and should conclude sometime this spring. Additionally, at the time I assumed the responsibilities of Acting Director, I relinquished the duties and responsibilities of Reactor Administrator to Mr. Todd Keller.
