- CATEGORY ONE MEETING MANAGEMENT MEETING - TURKEY POINT NUCLEAR PLANT, DOCKET NOS. 50-250 AND 50-251

Dear Mr. Stall:

This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Walt Parker of your staff and Mr. Son Ninh of NRC staff on March 30, 2005, concerning a management meeting (Category 1 public meeting) requested by your staff which is scheduled for April 18, 2005, at 1:00 p.m.

(EST). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the results of Florida Power and Lights evaluation of plant challenges, secondary equipment maintenance issues, and performance improvement initiatives relating to cross-cutting aspects at Turkey Point Nuclear Plant. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
