NOTICE OF MEETING BETWEEN THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (NRC) STAFF, PACIFIC NORTHWEST NATIONAL LABORATORY STAFF, AND INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES ON NON-DESTRUCTIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATIONS OF NOZZLES SALVAGED FROM THE DISCARDED NORTH ANNA 2 VESSEL HEAD DATE AND TIME: May 4, 2005; 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

LOCATION: Conference Room 1077, Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory Pacific Northwest National Laboratory 3335 Q Avenue Richland, WA 99352 PURPOSE: This is a program status review for a task at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to complete non-destructive and destructive examinations of the flaws indicated in nozzles #59 and #31 salvaged from the North Anna 2 vessel head.
