The radiation work permit for Operations outage activities,04-105, was use to support ORT-15 work. The intended radiation work permit was04-115, fuel movement activities, was use during the night shift but not on the dayshift. The content of the radiation work permits provide adequate controls to protect personnel during the ORT-15 trouble shooting, repair and performance, but the exposure would not be captured as part of the fuel movement activities.

Contacted Operations SRO that interfaced with the ORT 15 activity. He specifically asked PR what RWP applied to the task and was informed which one to sign onto. The PR briefing also use this RWP.

Contacted Work Control Center to inform Operations Group that dayshift personnel needed to be briefed and signed in on RWP 04-115 and that ORT-15 support could not be performed on RWP 04-105.
