I discussed that with Harold Chernoff this morning and the DLPM issuance, (or transmittal ), may not occur until next week.
As a result, we will need to delay our closure memo from going forward into the concurrence chain until we obtain the publicly available Adams number assigned to DE's safety evaluation..
In Frank's absence, I will modify the closure letter and maintain control of the concurrence package in our file until DLPM issues the SE to PBNP.

I don't think we can use this June 17 SE document as a reference in the allegation closure as you have proposed -It is not publicly available. We need to reference the Projects issued public document.

Because you gave me back the closure letter draft so quickly, I just wanted to ask you whether you made sure that the SE and the parts which I quoted in the close out letter appropriately address or resolve concern 2. Actually, the same question goes to DE's input that is in the closure letter for Concern 1....
