While I was in the office on Saturday and Sunday, I monitored the Agency's Allegation e-mail and my own, but did not receive any response back from the Cl. I had hoped that the Cl would have responded so that I could call and discuss his concerns since I had Terence's positions on the two issues.
However, since I have e-mailed him twice and left one voice-mail message on his home telephone, my next action will be to develop a draft acknowledgment letter that can be sent to him after this goes to the Allegation Review Board and they are in agreement with that position.
Terence: I'll ask Frank Talbot to contact you to discuss other actions that we may want to recommend to the ARB (currently scheduled for Thursday, June 3rd.
Any allegation related activities regarding the two Point Beach related concerns can be charged to TAC #
3234.
