PBNP Order Relaxation Request
- Harold, Attached is the PBNP Order Relaxation Request (with enclosures). It was signed today. Enclosure I is contained within the same file as the letter.
I sent both the pdf and Word version of Enclosure IlIl because some of the graphs in the pdf conversion did not turn out very well.
Also, the label for the left (y) axis on Figure 3 of Enclosure II (page 6) may not show up in the pdf file. The label should read, "Circumferential Crack Half Angle (deg)".
