Order Relaxation Request Copy
- Harold, Attached is a pdf copy of our Order EA-03-009 relaxation request and a WORD file of Enclosure 11 to that request (the SIA report that provides the technical justification for relaxation). Enclosure 11 appears to be missing from ADAMS.
I am still following up on our document control trail regarding the mailing of this submittal to NRC. I have thus far managed to find a copy in our paper files, which has the complete submittal (including Enclosure These are duplicates of the files that I had sent you on March 30.
