upender Preliminary Information On 4/30/04, with a fuel assembly in the spent fuel pool upender, the upender could not be fully raised.
The upender/assembly were mannually raised and the assembly movedto the SFP rack. It was estimated that a 36 hour4.166667e-4 days <br />0.01 hours <br />5.952381e-5 weeks <br />1.3698e-5 months <br /> delay in critical path time would occur to repair the upender.
