I Oppose the Nuke Plant Relicensing at Millstone CT Hi Dick, 6v ,b1/2 7'#5 I oppose renewing the license on the Millbrook Nuke. I feel it threatens the safety and security of Eastern Long Islanders. I am a US Citizen that votes.
