Facility License R-56, Docket No. 50-83 As required by our Technical Specifications, Section 6.6.3, Paragraph (1), we are reporting a significant change in our facility organization at Level 2.

Dr. David E. Hintenlang, Associate Professor, Nucle'ar and Radiological'Engineering, having served as a member of the Reactor Safety Review Subcommittee (RSRS) for several years, was appointed chairman of the RSRS effective December 16, 2004 and concurrently appointed a member of the University Radiation Control Committee (URCC). Dr. Hintenlang assumes administrative responsibilities at Level 2 (RSRS) and will also interact at Level I (URCC) of the facility organization.
