FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) REPORT FOR THE SEPTEMBER 14-17, 2004, PLUME AND POST-PLUME EXERCISE FOR THE MILLSTONE POWER STATION
Dear Mr. Christian:
In an enclosure to a letter dated January 24, 2005, Mr. Robert Swartz, Millstone Site Specialist, FEMA Region I, the subject report was sent to Mr. Robert Bores, NRC Region I, State Liaison Office.
In Connecticut, one Deficiency was identified which was corrected through plan changes and staff retraining was identified. Also, seven Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) were identified during the exercise three of which were corrected on the spot. In Rhode Island, no Deficiencies and only one ARCA was identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
