50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - UNITS 1, 2 AND 3 DAY NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(i) OF INTENT TO LOAD SPENT FUEL UNDER A GENERAL LICENSE Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212, Conditions of general license issued under 10 CFR 72.210, TVA is notifying NRC at least 90 days prior to the first storage of spent fuel, of our intent to begin loading spent fuel into an approved storage cask under the general license at BFN. Based on the current BFN schedule, the earliest date to start loading activities will be on or after July 11, 2005.
