FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE FEBRUARY 8, 2005, MS-1 DRILL OF THE QUINCY MEDICAL CENTER AND FALLON AMBULANCE SERVICE IN SUPPORT OF PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION
Dear Mr. Balduzzi:
On February 22, 2005, Mr. Samuel J. Collins, Regional Adminstrator, NRC Region I, received a letter from Ms. Deborah S. Bell, Regional Assistance Committee Chairperson, FEMA Region I, forwarding the subject report.
No Deficiencies or Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) were identified during the February 8, 2005, drill and two previous ARCAs were corrected.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). Please review the letter and drill report by using accession number ML050690095.
