FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE DECEMBER 7, 2004, MS-1 DRILL OF THE FRANKLIN MEDICAL CENTER IN GREENFIELD MASSACHUSETTS IN SUPPORT OF VERMONT YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION
Dear Mr. Thayer:
On January 19, 2005, Mr. Robert J. Bores, State Liaison Officer, NRC Region I, received a letter from Ms. Deborah S. Bell, Regional Assistance Committee Chairperson, FEMA Region I, regarding the subject report.
No Deficiencies or Areas Requiring Corrective Action were identified during the December 7, 2004, drill.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
