NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION BULLETIN 2005-01, MATERIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING AT REACTORS AND WET SPENT FUEL STORAGE FACILITIES
Dear Mr. Walters:
In response to your letter dated March 9, 2005, we acknowledge that there was a delay on our part in the distribution of the subject bulletin which required a 30 day initial response. As a result, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission agrees to a generic extension to March 21, 2005, for licensees to provide their initial response.
