My name is William K. Sherman. I am employed by the Vernont Public Service Department ("Department") in the position of State Nuclear Engineer. I have held this position since November, 1988. My duties include ongoing State regulatory oversight of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station ("Vermont Yankee"), as well as advising the Department and other State agencies on issues related to Venrnont Yankee and nuclear power.

To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, the Department's Discovery Disclosures, dated March 2, 2005, transmit all materials required to be disclosed pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 that were identified as relevant to the admitted contentions through a search of the infonnation and documentation under the Department's possession, control and custody as of the date of this certification.
