Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.36a(a)(2), 10CFR72.44(d)(3), Technical Specification 5.6.3, and ISFSI Technical Specification 5.4.c, the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report is hereby submitted as an enclosure to this letter. As required by the Technical Specification, the report includes a summary of the quantities of radioactive liquid, gaseous, and solid waste released from Columbia Generating Station during the reporting period.
A complete copy of the Columbia Generating Station Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) is also enclosed with this submittal as required by Technical Specification 5.5.1. This copy of the ODCM includes revisions made to the document during 2004.
