Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Semiannual Fitness for Duty Performance Report Attached is the Semiannual Fitness for Duty Performance Report for the period of July 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004, for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, as required by 10 CFR 26.71 (d).
The Turkey Point Fitness for Duty Program uses a random testing rate of at least 50%.
The attachment contains the program performance data, as well as, a list of events reported and a summary of any management actions taken.

FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE DATA a
PERSONNEL SUBJECT TO 10 CFR 26 31 December 2004 (3) of the positive drug tests for marijuana listed above exceeded the Florida Power & Light cutoff level (50ng/ml) but did not exceed the DHHS/NRC cutoff level (1 bong/ml). All of the remaining positive drug test results listed above exceeded the DHHS/NRC cutoff levels.
