PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE PRELIMINARY WHITE FINDING CONCERNING THE INABILITY TO PROMPTLY CLOSE THE CONTAINMENT EQUIPMENT HATCH
Dear Mr. Lambert:
This letter confirms the discussion between Mr. Gabe Solomon of the Nuclear Management Company (NMC) and me to have a meeting at 2:15 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, March 17, 2005, at the NRC Region III Office, 2443 Warrenville Road, Suite 210, Lisle, IL 60532-4351.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the preliminary White finding concerning the inability to promptly close the containment equipment hatch which was documented in Inspection Report No. 50-305/04-09(DRP). This meeting will also address whether any apparent violations are associated with the finding.
