ENTERGY'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW ITS MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY FROM THE NEW ENGLAND COALITION On February 14, 2005, Applicants Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (collectively, "Entergy") filed a Motion to Compel Discovery from the New England Coalition ("the Motion"). Subsequent to the filing of that motion, counsel for En-tergy and counsel for the New England Coalition have had several discussions concerning the document disclosures giving rise to the Motion. As a result of these discussions, Entergy hereby moves to withdraw the Motion without prejudice to the later filing of a motion to compel, if the need for such filing should arise.
Counsel for Entergy is authorized to represent that NEC supports this motion.
