On 1/6/05 at 0112 a manual scram iwas inserted due to the downshift of the Reactor Recirculation Pumps, along with the subsequent tripping offline of the Reactor Recirculation Pump A.

SUMMARY

The Perry Nuclear Power completed power ascension on 1/5/05 at 0117. A manual scram was inserted on 1/6/05 at 0112. Plant startup was in progress at months end
