/l INTRODUCTION The reactor operated continuously in January with the following exceptions: 5 shutdowns for scheduled maintenance and refueling.

MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES 1/3/05 Refueled - removed core 04-60, loaded core 05-01.

Replaced shaft keeper key on motor coupling for Cooling Tower Fan CTF-3.

1/10/05 Refueled - removed core 05-01, loaded core 05-02.

Completed CP-31 (Calibration of the Eberline Radiation Stack Monitor)

Adjusted Pool Coolant Heat Exchanger Bypass Valve S-2 linkage to 800 rotation for better pool cooling control.'

1/17/05 Refueled - removed core 05-02, loaded core 05-03.

Replaced the Pool Coolant Demineralizer System inlet filters.

1/18/05 Cleaned the Secondary Coolant System pump SP-3 inlet strainer.

1/24/05 Refueled - removed core 05-03, loaded core 05-04.

1/31/05 Refueled - removed core 05-04, loaded core 05-05.

Replaced the flange gaskets, studs, nuts, and diaphragms around the Primary

- - -' D&ineralizei System inlet-filtef housing.

Replaced the High Pressure isolation valve for DPS 928B (Primary Heat Exchanger Differential Pressure Transmitter). -
